Return Policy
- Emdee International will refuse any returned shipments that are NOT authorized.
- A return authorization or RA # is required before any merchandise can be returned to Emdee International. Without RA #, a return cannot be credited to your account. To obtain a RA #, please call 770.457.5450, giving a valid reason for your return.
- Once Authorized, returns must be shipped pre-paid, insured for the full amount and must have tracking information.
- Authorized returns that contain a RA # are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Any damages or shortages must be reported with 5 days of receipt.
- Custom Orders are Non Refundable.
- Returns will not be accepted on showroom samples or accommodation orders.
