The cord pull is standard and included in the price. The continuous chain system is $100 extra up to 72” wide and an additional $15 for every foot over 72” wide. Non functional shades have no cord.
FYI – if your shade is over 42” wide than you must do the continuous chain pull, because the cord pull won’t lock.
